Here is where I’m supposed to tell you about how I got my first pet and how I knew I would be a writer from the time I was 12 years old.
Well, I’m not going to that – at least not entirely.
Why? Because you don’t care.
You’ll only care about the story of how I got my first pet if it helps you in some way.
I’ve understood that people are rarely interested in other people or businesses who always talk about themselves.
Yet, many B2B SaaS companies still write blog posts and website copy that nobody cares about, especially their audience.
Your reader doesn’t care if you’ve been in business for over 20 years or if your product has ten new features – unless, in some way, it improves their lives.
The way around it is to make your reader the hero of the story. And you as the guide.
Solve their problems. Alleviate their pains. And watch them warm up to you and buy what you’re selling.
You’re the Rafiki to their Simba. And the Yoda to their Luke Skywalker. (Sorry, I couldn’t help myself from making a Yoda reference).
And that’s why I chose to ply the road of helping SaaS companies create content and copy that positions them as guides.
Why I'm different
- I understand that there is no substitute for research.
- I know that an optimized SEO blog post takes more than turning the Yoast and RankMath plugin lights green.
- I deliver projects on time.
- I worry more about delivering value more than on word count.
- Your success is my success.
