my process
Here's what to expect when you choose to work with me
We’ll kick-off with a 15-30 minutes introductory call where we’ll talk about your business goals, what you hope to achieve content, and whether we’ll be a great fit.
Using the information you provide on the discovery call, I’ll put together a project proposal containing deliverables, the project timeline, and what your investment would be.
When you accept the project proposal, we’ll sign a contract agreement.
I’ll require 30% – 50% of the project fee before kicking off.
For long-form blog posts, I’ll require a brief that would help me create my outline. Once you’ve signed off on the content outline, I’ll start working on the first draft.
For content refreshing, I’ll need access to Ahrefs (or SurferSEO) and your Google Analytics dashboard to perform an audit and find URLs that need an update.
Depending on the project scope, you’ll get your first draft in 3-5 days.
During this period, I’ll provide you with my progress status.
Once the draft is complete, I’ll send it over in a Google doc for you to review.
I’ll expect your review within a week.
You’re entitled to two rounds of revisions on each draft.
Once I receive your reviews, I’ll work on them within 1-2 days and send the “ready-to-be-published” draft or link over to you.
After the final submission, I’ll send an invoice for my remaining balance.
