SEO writing & refreshing for software companies

Hi, I’m Nathan. I write and refresh long-form blog posts that help B2B SaaS companies generate more leads and revenue.

I've written for companies like:

You’ve got 99 problems๐Ÿ˜ฑ, but creating lead-generating content shouldn’t be one of them

According to Demand Gen, 76% of B2B buyers consume some form of content as they move through their buyer’s journey.ย ย

However, 60% of B2B marketers struggle to create engaging content for these buyers.

You need a bit of help, and as a B2B freelance writer, I can help you create content that:

Boosts your organic traffic

Marketers who prioritize blogging are 13x more likely to have a positive ROI on their efforts.

Generates more leads for you

B2B marketers who have blogs get 67% more leads than those who donโ€™t.

Grows your revenue

SEO leads have a 14.6% close rate compared to 1.7% from outbound leads.

my process
Here's what to expect when you choose to work with me

We’ll kick-off with a 15-30 minutes introductory call where weโ€™ll talk about your business goals, what you hope to achieve content, and whether weโ€™ll be a great fit.

Using the information you provide on the discovery call, Iโ€™ll put together a project proposal containing deliverables, the project timeline, and what your investment would be.

Your investment for long-form blog posts starts from $450 for posts under 1500 words.ย

Your investment for content refreshing starts from $200/URL refresh.

When you accept the project proposal, we’ll sign a contract agreement.ย

I’ll require 30% – 50% of the project fee before kicking off.

For long-form blog posts, Iโ€™ll require a brief that would help me create my outline. Once youโ€™ve signed off on the content outline, Iโ€™ll start working on the first draft.

For content refreshing, Iโ€™ll need access to Ahrefs (or SurferSEO) and your Google Analytics dashboard to perform an audit and find URLs that need an update.

Depending on the project scope, you’ll get your first draft in 3-5 days.

During this period, I’ll provide you with my progress status.

Once the draft is complete, I’ll send it over in a Google doc for you to review.ย

I’ll expect your review within a week.ย

You’re entitled to two rounds of revisions on each draft.ย

ย

Once I receive your reviews, I’ll work on them within 1-2 days and send the “ready-to-be-published” draft or link over to you.

After the final submission, I’ll send an invoice for my remaining balance.ย
